Job description:

Responsible for all technical and infrastructural facility issues in Crown's European branches. This position reports to the Senior Manager Facilities Europe and involves travel.

The main responsibilities are:

·       Regular site visits, conducting internal audits including reporting, accompanying external auditors

·       Reviewing existing structures and processes with regard to building maintenance and implementing new processes and structures in this regard

·       Implementation of the current Crown standard for branches in all areas

·       Ensuring compliance with local regulations and inspection requirements

·       Close cooperation with the Technical Facility Manager regarding the implementation of global Crown guidelines and standards

·       Project management of refurbishment or construction projects including budget monitoring

·       Supporting the Senior Manager with new build projects and new site searches.

·       Participation in budget planning for the European branches

Personal Specification:

Preferred Qualifications

·       Bachelor Facility Manager or other technical education

Knowledge of supply technology, energy management, fire protection

Professional experience of at least 5 years in a comparable position

Business fluent in English and German,
